Hi! Nice of you to read this advertisement? Will you be my roommate? I am looking for a roommate for my ground floor apartment on the outskirts of Kralingen. It is a two-storey maisonette on the ground floor. The first floor has three bedrooms, the largest room is available (approx. 17m2, with the yellow wall). You share the living room with open kitchen, bathroom and toilet with me. The total area of the house is approx. 85m2. The house is equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, and also has a spacious south-facing garden and a bicycle shed. In terms of location, it is within walking distance of the Oostplein metro stop, Blaak station and the Kralingse Plas. Supermarket and other shops are within easy reach (including Lusthofstraat, Oudedijk). Both the garden and the house could use some love and I am certainly willing to roll up my sleeves together. You will be living with another roommate, namely myself (M, 34). I work full-time in the public sector and use my free time for sports, cooking, friends and doing fun things. I am looking for a nice, independent and responsible roommate to share the house with (1 person, working, 28+). Because the house is not extremely large and we share most spaces with each other (including possibly working from home), I think it is important that we get along and have a somewhat similar lifestyle. My expectations are that we can live together as roommates (e.g. eat together when it suits us/drinks/etc) but also go our own way. If you are a social, friendly, calm and neat person and this appeals to you, then I look forward to your message in which you briefly introduce yourself (photo is an advantage).
