TranslateHi! I'm Berdine, a 33-year-old woman, working and looking for a roommate to share a home. At the moment I live in a beautiful house in Blijdorp but I share it with my ex partner, and that is not the most ideal situation. But like many others, finding a nice rental house is not the easiest task at the moment. I do have an option on a rental house through friends in the Hommelstraat in Kralingen. I have viewed this house and it looks fine and also big enough to share with someone, but too expensive for me alone. The basic rent is 950 euros excluding g/w/l, but including internet. It is a 30s house on the 2nd floor with half a 3rd floor. We would then share all facilities and each have our own (bed) room. Initially, the rental period is six months, so from May to October 2024. There is a 60% chance that this will be extended. If it is the case that we have to leave the house after six months, it may also be possible to look for another home together. I am a quiet person myself and like to make my own plan. In the weekends I like to meet up with friends and I really like good conversations and a beer:) Eating together would be nice but that also depends on each other's expectations. I am mainly looking for someone who is also working and likes to find a nice quiet home haven.
